Dirty carpets electric sockets broken and...

Went away on a trip with friends for a weekend away , we stayed Fri-Mon. Cost was £113 each. We stayed in one of the top floor rooms. The lift was out of service and we had to walk up about 8 flights of stairs (not one member of staff offered to help us with our cases) . On entering...

Having travelled the world and stayed in all level of accommodation. I would have to say that the River House Hotel is one of the worst. After hiking up 4 flights of stairs to the Attic room we were allocated, it didn't get any better. The room was dated and dirty and i didn't dare use the shower as it...

The most unacceptable accommodation, because it can't be characterised as hotel, I have ever stayed. Dirty from the sheets to the bathroom (where the mold was up to the ceiling). The beds crackling and generally all furniture was as old as the Dublin. Minimum hot water and the wi-fi only caught near the door and was up and down all...

I arrived later than planned. The lady on reception was so friendly and helpful - and efficient. We got to our room which was warm and clean . Nice comfortable bed and great shower. I highly recommend this hotel. I have now stayed there three/four times 👍

Great location. Great prices. Great breakfast. I loved this little hotel very much. It's perfect for a couple of a solo traveler. For a weekend It was only €150 and you're in the heart of temple bar. There's even a really great bar in the hotel, which plays awesome music!

Simple fact is you get what you pay for and to be honest we got a decent/tidy room which was all the requirements we needed for an overnight stay. Do not pay to stay here and expect white washed walls, maid service or 24hr on call reception cause it ain't gonna happen! What you do get is very friendly staff...
