The breakfast is pretty good and the staff is all really nice but the place needs some good renovation! The lift was off and we had to carry our bags to the second floor trough stairs that weren't the best Ines, so definitely not advisable for people with limited movement! I know it was in the week BEFORE Saint Patrick's...

Bedroom was small, but had everything we needed, including tea / coffee making facilities & biscuits! Bed very comfortable & bed-linen lovely & fresh...we requested an extra pillow, which was waiting for us when we got back. Bit of road noise, but that can't be helped as it's right on the Liffey...A terrific location for exploring both north & south...

As we only stayed in Dublin for 1 night it provided what we needed in terms of a bed and breakfast. The breakfast was good both continental and freshly cooked. The rooms are not exactly in pristine condition but overall a good place for a night but not for more than that.

Room itself was cold and outdated, beds were noisy and uncomfortable. But the view to the river and location near to Heuston station and Temple Bar Square was worth it when we spent just one night in Dublin.

Away from the tourist areas that are O'Connell Street and Temple Bar, this is a relatively small B&B on the Quay with possibly a room or two overlooking the Liffey. We had room 23 a small double room with ensuite bathroom. Shower cubicle was small so a bit of a squeeze to get in and out of but there was...

Stayed for two nights. Bed comfortable, lots of hot water and very good breakfast. Staff very pleasant. Budget accommodation in a good location, just across the liffey to temple bar. Would recommend buying the hop on hop off bus.

My favourite budget deal in Dublin. Location could not get better, rooms are cozy and reasonably clean, there's everything you need. The breakfast is nice and cozy. The only disadvantages are that there is no elevator and there is quite a lot of traffic outside, so if you are sensitive to sounds you might want to use ear plugs. It's...

Stayed here for 3 nights with my friend while we explored Dublin. Excellent location with bus stops (public and Hop on Hop off) practically outside the front door. Within walking distance to all the pubs and restaurants across the liffey, and to O'Connell where we met our bus tour to Wicklow and Kilkenny and some excellent shops. Also a little...

Spent two nights here in August 2016. 15 minute walk from where we were dropped off by airport coach. We did arrive very early and although we couldn't have a room they did take our cases off us so we could look around the area unburdened. We returned and it was an easy check in with a very pleasant receptionist....

The exterior may look a little sketch, but our 2 bedroom was wonderfully decorated with windows that looked over the Liffey. Very close to attractions, could be a little loud for some with the road noise as we had to keep the windows open. No air conditioning which is quite common in Ireland. We left too early for breakfast.

Thank Michael F
