Good location close to all transport and airport buses. Proximity to Temple Bar pubs and local restaurants was handy. Comfortable furnishings, clean room and bathroom. On returning to the hotel in the evening, guests are not permitted to enter via the hotel front doors, instead directed to enter via the bar/restaurant area. Noise from the hotel’s large aircon unit directly outside our window prevented opening the window. Otherwise an OK stay.

3 Stars = average hotel, not bad at all, but nothing special. For the price it is a great location. It is walking distance to Temple Bar and Trinity College, and near lots of bus stations, visitors information, shopping, and food/bars nearby. The room was clean but very outdated (no A/C, broken iron, lights flickering, old carpet). When we were looking for where to stay, this was one of the few places with a king-size bed. There were hangers in the closet and a hair dryer but no shampoo/conditioner (only body soap). It was loud at night, we kept the window open because it was summer and there was noise from drunk or homeless people in the alley. The hotel is beautiful from the outside, and the staff was friendly and professional. We didn't book dinner/show but heard good things about it.

Room was small but adequate for one night. Great location. Nice breakfast and dinner. Made mistake of booking elsewhere in Dublin for end of trip. Lesson learned - will go back to Arlington. Friendly and efficient staff.

The hotel is older and looking a little worn with age, however it was very clean and well maintained. Our room was very small with a double bed, small table and 2 chairs. There really was no closet, just some cubby type structure with a few hangers on one side. We had to place our luggage between the 2 cubbies as there was no room for them in the room. The bathroom was clean but only had liquid soap by the sink and in the shower. No other amenities in the bath. The room did have an electric tea kettle with instant coffee and teas. The location can’t be beat. We were steps from the O’Connell Bridge, Trinity College, Temple Bar, and the Hop On Hop Off bus stopped outside the doors. Breakfast was included in our booking and it had eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurts, porridge, breads, scones, etc. Service in the breakfast and restaurant/bar was attentive and the foods tasty. The front desk staff were excellent and very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again but I would book a different type of room as our double bed and room was just a little small for us.

Perfect location for the hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms need a bit of a revamp, leak in the shower and old fashioned, it was also over priced. But we enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Best thing was the bed so comfortable, be careful late at nighttime in the general area-nothing to do with hotel

Just finished a bus tour, which was great to stop at stop 24. The hotel bar just opposite bus stop. Was looking for somewhere for an evening meal. Good selection on the menu and went for Irish Lamb Stew and Chicken Pasta, washed down with a Guinnes and diet coke. Lovely calming atmosphare

The room in this hotel was the worst room I have ever stayed in for the price (€290 a night!). The furniture was chipped, the window leaked, the room was hot and decor was very outdated. Whilst a central location, for me the location was too busy and it was difficult to wait outside with a pram. The only reason I have given this hotel two stars is because of the staff who were all very helpful, in particular Carmel at breakfast who went above and beyond for my family.

This place is a mixed bag and hard to score. Location was great, view of the river was lush. Absolutely huge room, comfy bed! Bathroom from hell, carpet worn out, plugs for phones etc not accessible from nightstands. Price meh. Front desk service kinda rude on check in, wonderful on check out. Most important thing to note is if you have an allergy to mould, find another place to stay bc it’s def there and not being paid attention to.

Hotel was nice and staff were excellent. We arrived at 8.30am and went to the hotel to drop off luggage which was no problem. Hotel was in a great location and the restaurant and bar attached were brilliant. Will be coming back and will definitely book here.

Clean and comfortable room. Very spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice little pub with bat next door with live music. Good location. Walking distance to Ha’Penny bridge, great pubs and restaurants, Temple Bar District. Would stay again. Just be warned, no air conditioning in rooms. I’m sure this is only an issue during the few hot weeks in the summer.
