Cassidy's employees were super friendly. Our friends left their converter at their prior hotel, and the staff at Cassidy's loaned them another, at no charge. The front desk personnel throughout the stay were just extremely helpful when it came to assisting with our requests (directions, map, fish and chips recommendation at John Longs...great!!!). The hotel is perfectly and centrally located....

Second stay at Cassidy's on a short break. Couldn't fault the place, large quiet room with a good size bathroom with a walk in shower. Food was of a high quality help yourself buffet menu, eggs cooked on request. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and offered a secure storage for luggage on our day of departure.

Stayed for three nights in a double room at the second floor. The staff was fantastic - nice, polite, helpful and forthcoming. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection. If you want eggs other than scrambled, then just ask the staff and they will will make it for you. I thought that was great service. We didn't eat...

Hi my partner and I visited Dublin for 3 days . We arrived very early but was still able to check in & was given a room. We checked in at 8:10am when normally it is 3pm. Upon leaving the hotel I asked if we could check out later & was told 1pm & after that they would save our...

Ok hotel great location. Our room was basic but the bed was lovely and comfy. The bathroom was a disappointment - needs more cleaning (dust) and updating! I wouldn't have a bath there. Stick to shower. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was a buffet. Good breakfast. If I could I'd give it 3 and half stars

Recently stayed at Cassidy's Hotel, we were really looking forward to it having read all of the positive reviews. We arrived early and we got checked in straight away which was good but things went downhill from there. We were given a room (364) in the Parnell suite the room was in a separate block from the rest of the...

Very good 3 star hotel, great location, most attractions are 5min to 10min walk from the hotel. Hotel bar and staff are very friendly. Room was great for the price, good radiator and good bathroom facilities

Forth visit to the Cassidys, which remains being the best choice in the city center whatever you´re looking for and wherever you have to go. All you need at a foot distance from the doorbell... buses, taxis, shops, restaurants, pubs, museums... etc. Again I have to say... great staff; great Irish buffet breakfast; tasty pints at the bistro... I´d highly...
