Exceptional stay yet again at the Clontarf Castle,From the moment we checked in until check out we received without doubt the best service we have had anywhere in excellent surroundings . Having visited last year our expectations were set high and the Clontarf delivered yet again on a very busy weekend with the algarve wedding planners having a wedding show...

My family and I went for high tea here and we all enjoyed ourselves very much! I found it a bit strange at first that it was served in the lounge/reception of the hotel, but it was lovely and warm, not noisy at all, and a nice spot for chatting and people watching. Although it was quite busy when we...

Spend 2 nights at this excellent Dublin hotel. Great value accommodation and something unique versus the usual run of the mill business hotels. Highlight was the breakfast buffet. Location is within walking distance to East Point Business park and I also walked to the city center in around 20 minutes

OK, so this was last summer, sorry for the delay in reviewing. Nice place, mixture of 1/2 castle and hotel. Staff were polite and helpful, my room was changed due to location without a fuss- a huge plus I my book. Upper floor much better and we had nice view of harbor. The grounds are very pretty in front, I...

I would definitely stay here again. Friendly staff, comfortable hotel. Very nostalgic. And the beds for a double deluxe are actually close to a king size per American standard size. This is a great option for an affordable rate.

We stayed in Clontarf Castle right before Christmas with two small kids, aged 3 and 5. We figured they'd love staying in a castle and enjoy the Christmas lights and festivities. They had a great time, but for us, it was even better! The castle has family rooms, but when you get there, it seems more oriented to adults than...

We came to Dublin to celebrate our honeymoon. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Tina was especially helpful and friendly during our stay. They hailed us cabs quickly. Breakfast is filling and a bargain. We were especially impressed with a handwritten note, flower pedals on the bed, macaroons with contrats written in chocolate when we first entered the room. Its...

I stayed here last Friday and I only have positive things to say about the Clontarf Castle Hotel. The room was beautiful and the dinner in the Fahrenheit restaurant was simply amazing. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best I had in a hotel. Can highly recommend a stay here!

Ok, so to put this review into perspective- our last trip here was in December 2015 and if you read that review, you will know that I couldn't praise Clontarf Castle enough. Well, it turns out I can. This time round we stayed for two nights for my unmentionable (ahem, 30th) birthday. We stayed from Thursday 17-Saturday 19 November and...
