Worst experience ever in my business and travel experience around the globe. The setting of the hotel is completely wrong - who will put a guest room right next to its kitchen (see photos) and then charge you Euro 100 for a night?!?! And it is in the basement and that is the only one room there, and the kitchen....

We had a great stay in family during two nights. Rooms are very comfortable and breakfast was wonderfull. Very well located in a calm area with city center accessible by walk. Car park available at the hotel is a must!

Particularly for us as a family with three children, this place was just excellent. Fantastic breakfast, less than 10 minutes walk from St Stephen's Green and perfectly close to the bus stop if you need transport to/from the airport. Very good location also in the sense that we liked/enjoyed Dublin much more on the areas south of the river, where...

I stayed one night and was very pleasantly surprised. In a nutshell, the staff were superb as was the breakfast and the comfort of the room. The man in reception was friendly, professional, super helpful and offered me coffee or tea on arrival. Initial impressions of the hotel are mixed as it is old fashioned and could do with being...

Stayed in this lovely B&B for one night and on arrival we were asked if we would like an Irish Coffee. It was delicious. Very central located, just around the corner from Stephen's Green, rooms were average but clean, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, we were able to park our car in the driveway beside the house when we arrived and...

We normally stay in a hotel, so I will admit I was worried about a guest house. I was so wrong. The attention to detail was second to none. Staff were very pleasant, parking is free and on arrival we were offered tea or an Irish coffee which indeed was very Irish!! Breakfast was delicious and our room was very...

My family of 3 booked 2 separate nights, one at the beginning of our trip, and one at the end. For myself we booked two twins, and a double with a twin for my young adult children. The last night we went for the family 3 singles, which has an awesome skylight, allowing for excellent air flow! The rooms are most...

Have used this location on and off over the past month for weekday work related accommodation in Dublin. Its excellent, good value, quiet, parking and breakfast included. Having tried a few places, this is my no 1 choice.

We booked a family room with two double beds and found this B&B to be most charming. The breakfast -- "the full Irish" -- is worth the visit alone. The B&B is smaller than the online photos appear, but you will be most comfortable and well taken care of by the dedicated staff who will help arrange taxis and dinner...

Really good location - easy walking distance to Grafton Street etc. Location particularly good if you are going to the NCH. Plus free parking & a really great breakfast. The front staff were particularly helpful.
