Absolutely disgusted with this hotel. Arrived at the hotel at 8am after I requested a early check in for 8-9am to be told there are no rooms available and we just had to wait, the receptionists just didn't care that we had waited 4 and a half hours for the room. Did not get one apology or a rough estimated...

Just back from a 2 night stay which included a theatre break. The Regency has really improved it's menu for the pre-theatre meal as the food looked beautiful and was delicious. Had a small problem at breakfast (which was totally my fault as I thought I had booked breakfast for both mornings but had only booked for the second morning!)....

I don't know why do some people left very bad reviews about this hotel. The location is great! About 2 miles from the center of the city and 3 miles from the airport. Buses run constantly up and down the city/airport from nearby the hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Our room was big. Very comfortable beds. Big bathrooms. The stuff...

Nice enough hotel with lovely swimming pool for the kids. Slept very comfortably in a room large enough for 2 adults and 2 boisterous young boys! Ordered in-room dining and was a fair meal. There is a Centra right next door which offers good convenience of stepping out to get snacks or coldrinks, newspapers etc. The hotel offers a great...

From the looks of this hotel from the main street (Swords Rd), it looks like a run down hotel. Inside it was quite the opposite. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I can't ask for much more than that

The location is okay but the hotel needs a bit of updating. The receptionist was very helpful. The heat could not be controlled in the bedroom meaning you had to leave the windows open. There lies the problem. You have to listen to the traffic all night. Breakfast is well below par. A small bit of investment here in fresh...

Not a bad hotel to be honest. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 out of 5 was the dust on top of furniture/pictures in the room, and they could do with sending someone round with a screwdriver to tighten up some of the bathroom fittings. But on a positive note...we stayed for 2 nights, the service was great....

Today (Sunday) I was at the Regency hotel in Swords road Dublin. The reception staff were professional and friendly, the room was clean, warm and comfortable. But even better was the evening, the bar staff, Karl and Steven were helpful and knowledgeable, the food I ordered, roast beef, veg, mashed potatoes and roast potatoes, was presented perfectly and the size...

We stayed at the Regency Hotel for a week during our Dublin stay. The hotel is much bigger than it looks from the outside and the staff is friendly and helpful. Using the Halo app (similar to Uber) there was always a taxi within minutes of the hotel. The bus stop was about a block away and we were able...

Thanks to Ramona and her excellent Staff for a wonderful stay in Room 3118 with the best panoramic views of Dublin. The Bar/Restaurant had a very friendly atmosphere with very tasty food superbly presented by Chef Eddie and ably assisted by Waitress Georgiana & Barman Stephen. The Leisure Centre was 5 Star as usual with refurbished Steam Room & Jacuzzi....
