This hotel is clean and comfortable. I didn't spend a huge amount of time at the hotel as I was working, there's a lounge area with tea and coffee rather than in the room this seemed popular. There is no room service. The reception staff are helpful. The breakfast is cooked to order and very tasty. I feel as I...

A short overnight break to Dublin for work. Hotel team were very welcoming and friendly. The onsite parking was the main reason I booked given work commitments but would happily return for work or leisure with the family.

My friends and I always stay in The Pembroke for our annual Christmas weekend trip to Dublin. We always receive a warm welcome and absolutely adore the hotel. It is so welcoming, comfortable and breakfast, the service and the attention to detail is 2nd to none. Fabulous!

Nice hotel. Cannot comment on "value for money" as I was in a group tour and we paid an all-inclusive rate. Very helpful staff, and excellent breakfast. Very well located, you can easily get a bus to the airport from here. Under normal circumstances, I would have given them an "excellent" overall rating, but they do not have easy wheel-chair...

I've been staying at this hotel for over 15 years when going to Dublin for the rugby. Perfect location for that. However when you wake up it is nice to have water. Reception just told us to sit tight (still no water by check out). The rest of the hotel had no hot water, up on the top floor there...

One of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at. Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, and gorgeous decor. If you are staying in Dublin for the weekend, then look no further. Highly recommend.

The only room I've ever been given where the receptionist says "sorry" as you open the door. And also the only room I've ever been given that is about 3 steps from the reception desk. I thought it was a joke. It wasn't. Apparently when they book out their hotel they have no problem putting guests in this room and...

Really nice little hotel. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. Lots of food and well prepared. You could also go to the lounge at any time of the day or night and help yourself to tea/coffee and biscuits. Access to the hotel is up a flight of steps that older or less mobile people would find difficult...

Nice location with free off street parking which is not easy to get in Dublin. Facilities are good for this type of hotel and included nice touches like complementary chocolate cake, cheese selection, tea and coffee in comfortable seating area, However, rating reduced by attitude of receptionist. One incident over no hot water for showers in the morning. Receptionist displayed...
