Staff in the Dubliner Bar are rude and discourteous. Don't order the fish because they can't be bothered scaling it! A polite request to convert some coins into a note was laughed at. Fortunately the manager (?) saw me just standing there, open mouthed, and complied with my request. Both men, on separate occasions, were European, perhaps with too little...

Recently stayed at The Ballsbridge hotel in Pembroke road. This we found to be nicely located, near to the RDS and a bus ride from town . I loved the large bedroom , even though this was a standard suite it was very comfortable and clean. We had a cooked breakfast each morning to keep us going for the day...

The rooms are bigger than usual and equipped to an average standard. I would say it is probably starting to look old in places. The hotel has a pub attached as well as a big dining area for breakfast and a take away coffee counter. I've stayed a couple of times here and i would describe it as a 'safe'...

Arrived at hotel only to be told that we had to pay an extra €12 for car park. Never had to do this in a hotel before. We were then told that most of the elevators weren't working. We had three cases with us and it took a while to find a working elevator the other side of the hotel....

This hotel is very old and I did not enjoy it. There was constant noise, the rooms doors didn't block much sound so one could hear people simply walking down the corridor. We had a group of youngsters making a constant noise which meant I got hardly any sleep. Really the rooms are very old and dated, the breakfast was...

Whilst beginning a tour from this property, it is old and tired and in desperate need of a refurb. The room while clean, is tired with stained carpets, bad repairs to bathrooms, chipped & warped furniture. Bed was comfy, but doesn't make up for the poor look of everything else. The rest of the property is not much better. In...
