It's about 20minutes by the bus from city centre and in a quite neighbourhood. The place has about 6 guest rooms and managed by the owners. The breakfast is a sumptuous full Irish with cereals , eggs and juice. Right opposite is a lovely park and promenade and provides a good Panasonic view.

This is a charming B&B hosted by 2 wonderful people, John & Delia. The home is beautifully decorated. The traditional Irish breakfast was delicious and plenty. The location was very convenient to the city center. We loved the views & the walk along the bay. The rooms were very clean with scented sheets and soft towels. I felt like I...

As a young couple we stayed here for a week, arriving late one night we were warmly greeted by John and Delia. We settled in straight away and relaxed. Breakfast was wonderful and our hosts were very knowledgeable about places to see and things to do! Our room was lovely and we felt like we were staying with family rather...

This has to be the best B+B in Ireland, directly opposite the wonderful Clontarf Beach in Dublin Bay, the CLontarf Yacht Club to the right and the amazing walkway out to Dollymount Beach on the left. The Dublin Mountains in the distance above the opposite coastline at Dun Laoire which can be clearly seen from our bedroom window. The house...

We could not have asked for more at annagh s house! John is very friendly and helpful and he was giving us all the information we needed. His breakfast was delicious and the rooms were always clean and tidy when we came back. The guest house is only a 15 min bus ride from the center and we did have...

My partner and I stayed here for two nights, and we're greated to a very warm welcome upon arrival. The room was spacious. No mod cons but the bed was comfy and the sea view was a bonus. The breakfast was delicious and the host John was more than happy to help. John and his partner make this place -...

I stayed at Annagh House for 17 nights for a business trip. This B&B is quiet and the neighborhood is safe. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't judge it. The rooms are not luxurious and hence the low rate. The owners are nice and hospital. I asked for a high floor, so I got the attic. I would...

We enjoyed our three night stay. John was a very helpful host. The room was a good size, however the bathroom only tiny. No luggage stands, so the bags went on the floor or chair and the bed is only average comfort. Wifi is strong and secure. Breakfast was very good and John was willing to buy special food in...

Annagh House is the perfect place to explore Dublin. It is located in tranquil Clontarf away from the centre of Dublin, however the nearest bus stop is less than 50M away, and the 130 bus will whisk you to the City Centre in less than 20 minutes. We were lucky enough to stumble across the '3 day Freedom of Dublin...

We stayed here for 4 nights recently and could not have met a more friendly couple than John and Delia. Our bedroom was very comfortable and we slept soundly in this quiet suburb of Dublin. A total contrast to the city but only a short bus ride away. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and just the right amount to set us...
