Almost everything worked out to perfection; excellent location, great staff, clean, modern facility, safety, luggage locking area, huge kitchen, private curtains for each bed, strong beds, individual bins for each bed, individual lights for each bed, added amenities such as obtaining taxi or bus tickets, tours, etc. I was very happy. So what is the complaint? They have to noise...

I stayed at Jacob's a couple of times in the past and thought it was great. Now after being refurbished it is absolutely brilliant. I rarely give 5 stars, but I can't find anything to fault. The dorms are not cramped, the bathrooms are big and clean. The whole hostel was modern and spotless. All beds have a reading lamp,...

Stayed for a few days at Jacobs while finding a new accommodation for myself and it was really bad. Heating was turned off at night, everywhere was freezing. In the morning I couldn't take a shower cause the water was almost cold. My room wasn't cleaned very well, bed was dusty and shelves to put our clothes were dusty as...

Felt comfortable and welcome upon arrival. Early luggage storage before check in was a godsend! Enjoyed how clear and easy it was to check in and know where I was situated in the six person dorm I was in. Bathrooms were always in good working order, whether it be the one in the room or the hall public restrooms. It...

The best you can get for that price. Isaacs and Jacobs Inn are probably the best hostels in Dublin (tried many other by my own). Strategic location between bus, tram and train stations (couple of meters), fast connection to airport. Cleanliness, experienced and warm staff, clean rooms. 100 percent recommendation !!!

The hostel was very nice compared to most Dublin hostels. We stayed in a 4 bed private room with a bathroom. Very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable for bunk beds. Location was great. Right off the red line. Plenty of restaurants and pubs near by but away from all the hustle. Breakfast wasn't great but there's a coffee shop...
