TLDR - Scruffy and broken interior. Large amount of money from room stolen whilst out yet no door log of anyone going into the room whilst we were out (so someone in management or reception probably stole the money). Staying at this hotel means that your belongings won't be safe and will very likely be rifled through by someone looking...

The Grafton Capital Hotel is in a brilliant location near Stephen's Green, and therefore walking distance of almost anywhere, The rooms are good if you are just after somewhere comfortable to sleep, but could definitely do with a lick of paint. If you after a peaceful trip it could also be not for you, as it has a night club...

Possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. To start our stay we greeted by a foregin greasy haired guy with broken english that looked like the handy man. Booked the room with breakfast & on arrival we were told it was not included & that he'll tell the 'tech guy' because he didn't know what to do and the...

Stayed here recently, it's very centrally located near grafton street, close to restaurants, pubs and shops. If you know what to expect from this hotel and get it a decent price it's worth the stay. It's by no means fancy and could do with many upgrades, but if your looking for a convenient place to stay in the city center...

Our 2 nights that we spent at the Grafton Hotel were great. The concierge was extremely helpful upon our arrival and she was always happy to offer advice whenever we asked. It was in a great location for the nightlife of Dublin and an easy walk to many of the cities infamous attractions. Overall our experience was pleasant. The rooms...

Well located in the heart of Dublin. Just 5mn from Grafton and 10 from Trinity... However, the hotel is not in the level. No wifi in rooms (only in the lobby), bathroom sink blocked, only 2 lights for the whole room, dirty (bathroom, glasses etc.) and really old power point. A refurbishment is really needed! Price expensive for the service...

Had some manager accuse me of setting a fire extinguisher off . The police arrested my friend and I was then blackmailed by the manager to pay 100 euros before he made the call to the police to get my friend released. The rooms are cold and dirty and well dated. I've seen better dog kennels

Well-located, but this hotel is in dire need of a large amount of investment - the rooms are shabby and very tired. Bathroom was mouldy, the carpets, curtains and furniture permanently stained. The bed sagged in the middle and needed replacing, ironing board cover ripped, lampshades ripped. But worst by far was the complete lack of sound proofing - so...
