DO NOT STAY HERE! This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, filthy, dust everywhere dirty Windows that haven't been cleaned for years. We were put in a smoking room and as non smokers the smell was disgusting when we realised there was a non smoking floor we asked to move and although it didn't smell...

We booked this hotel last minute as a cheap city get away and I was not disappointed. The hotel is very clean and well looked after, the staff are very friendly and the location is perfect as it is in the heart of the city! There is a shopping centre 2 minute walk away behind the hotel, trinity college is...

Only stayed one night but will be back. In a top location right in heart of the city. Lovely friendly receptionist. Huge corner room. This is a big old place so there is a lot you could improve but it is full of character

Apart from a flea pit by the Gare Du Nord, this must be the worst hotel I've stayed in. 350 euros for a double room for 2 nights and no breakfast! The place was run down and dirty, with stains on the walls, a loose toilet, rock hard beds, out-dated sockets, bad tv reception, broken keycards, thin walls, no wifi...

I stayed here 10 years ago and was delighted to find an elegant, boutique hotel in a prime location and perfect for shopping in Grafton St. Stayed last weekend and was gutted that it was in dire need of a face lift! The decor is tired and grubby, as is the foyer! No sign of the pretty flowers that used...

This was our first stay at The Grafton Capital but I suspect it won't be our last. Situated in a secluded corner, it could easily be overlooked. Our room 512 had one double and one single bed and overlooked the small courtyard outside the front where I imagine being very popular on warm summer days/evenings. Disappointingly, Wi-Fi only available on...

Never have I stayed in such a downtrodden hotel, it was shocking dirty and dated with holes in the wall that had been covered with paper dirty dusty and just awful and definitely not CHEAP !! I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here.

Hotel was well below expectations. WiFi not available in bedrooms only available in very small dark lobby. The Room facilities were very poor. Made worse by the Limited room service and the Breakfast was very disappointing. The Only fruit on offer was tinned peaches. Very poor value for money!! The only good point was the reception staff they were very...

This place is horrendous. I'm not a fancy person, I don't have high expectations. This is the most I've ever paid for a hotel and holy moly, there is literally stuff dripping down the walls. A hole in the lamp shade. Stains all over the floor. Hair tucked into the sheets. There's no air/fans, heat or cooling. No fan in...

Just come back from a visit to Dublin. Stayed at the Grafton Hotel. Great position in the heart of Dublin. Room was very tired, in need of redecoration. Carpet needed cleaning. Unfortunately we were situated at the front of the hotel and this was very noisy, especially at the weekend when the nightclub was open. Breakfast was very good with...
