Located in a quiet residential area (Drumcondra). Definitely not rowdy at night. Easy to accidentally go to "Maples Hotel!". Note - this one is "Maples HOUSE Hotel" and is NOT signposted at the airport. We bought LEAP passes from the airport to travel to the City Centre by bus. Within walking distance to Croke Park Stadium and a short bus...

Hi Amrit M. Many thanks for your review. As you mentioned, we are located in a nice quiet area but are also quite close to the city centre and other tourist attractions. We are disappointed to hear that our food wasn't up to standard during your stay and should you return, we hope we can change your mind. Many thanks,...

This property seems to be under new management and the rooms have been refurbed. Booked direct on their website and got a good deal with dinner (Lot cheaper than eating in Dublin City Centre). Bar is lively with good atmosphere. At the end of the road there is a bus that takes you into the city centre, or if you...

We got an amazing deal on this hotel so was a bit wary of what to expect. It is basic but modern and clean. 10 minute taxi journey to temple bar and the other main streets and walking distance to a bus stop that takes you to the city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had breakfast one morning...

I spent one night in this hotel in mid-September after booking on-line. When I checked in I was just given a key without any information about the hotel facilities. The room I was given was on the 3rd floor - it was horrible. Access to the room was via a very narrow stairs so my immediate impression was not good....

The Maples a House is a lovely, little quaint hotel just a couple of miles from the city centre. It's more of a guest house in style but fits all hotel needs. The staff are very nice and offer a lot of help and advice during your stay. The rooms are very small but are not cramped, with decent shower...

Me and my partner were really disappointed by our stay at maples house hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and both mornings we were woken up by loud noises thus making our stay not very relaxing. Also although the downstairs was very modern and the staff were very helpful, the rest of the hotel was very outdated. The beds were...

Thank you very much for your review. Ownership of the hotel changed two months ago and we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the modernised facilities and that you found the staff to be helpful. A major refurbishment programme is well underway as you noticed and work is now being done upstairs. We apologise for any noise that may...

Nice hotel but bedroom a little basic and very small. Beds small and hard. Cost of room was excessive at 104 Euros excluding breakfast. Plaque on wall states that it is a three star hotel. However, I would rate it at a maximum of two stars. Parking is difficult as yellow lines everywhere around the hotel. Short walk to the...

We booked into Maples House as they had a family room. I travelled with my sister and her two children. Rates were good, proximity to public transport was great and the staff were tremendous. Hard to know where to start reviewing this hotel..firstly the positives. The beds are very comfortable. The staff especially Eddie, the barman and Glen, the Chef were fantastic. I really hope the management appreciate these guys. We had dinner and the food was lovely and well priced.
