The friendliness of the breakfast staff and location is all that was positive about our stay. For 3 nights all we could hear was traffic and people talking on the street. I would not recommend this B&B

Pros: It has four walls and a roof. The location was nice for a night of waking around on our first night in Dublin before moving on to our tour. Comes with breakfast.
