Visited the above hotel with friends, was very disappointed with it. TV in the room was only 12 inches and only 4 programs on it. Rust in the bathroom and when I turned on the shower the dial came off, the window in the bedroom...More
We really liked our stay here. Rooms are clean and nice. The people are friendly, the breakfast is tasty and the location is perfect. You are very close to the O'Connell Street.
The only confusing thing for us was the parking of our car. On...More
Price was convenient and location is great. The room was okay: comfortable beds and spacious enough; but the bathroom was not the best: shower head was broken and soap was placed in weird dispenser looking very cheap. Breakfast was good but it was a bit...More
Pros: It has four walls and a roof. The location was nice for a night of waking around on our first night in Dublin before moving on to our tour. Comes with breakfast.
Cons: Walls are so thin, no lift and our bags barely fit...More

Shocking hotel rubbish service. Unhelpful staff except the lady who is usually on reception on afternoons paid for three nights bed n breakfast and only got two breakfasts! Asked the guy on night duitie to give us a early morning call for early flight we didn't get it! Because he was sleep.. Still many hotels in Dublin over the years this the worst . I have reported this guest house to Dublin tourist board.

Sounds like bad luck there. I found the desk staff to be not very helpful or well trained. They were there simply to take your key on the way out and were very rude, they couldn't even be bothered to put their mobile phones down for 2 seconds while i tried to hand my key in. Cook staff were excellent though, made us feel welcome and kept our coffee and juice topped up at all times. But , what else were you expecting for a B n B - it ain't the Ritz!
