Very clean and cosy B & B on a quiet street with good parking. The rooms are decent size with a nice bathroom attached. A short walk in the city center of Galway. Breakfast was good and made to order. Bridie was super sweet.

Bridie was very warm and welcoming. The rooms were roomy and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was a little tight and the water pressure not great but this did not detract from our stay at all! Very close to the Centre of town. Would highly recommend!

Bridie Thomson was a most excellent hostess. Her home is warm and inviting. Our room was very cute & comfortable. This B&B is within 10 minutes walking of all the action, nightlife & eateries in Galway. Really enjoyed our stay

Check in was supposed to be 3 PM, but a trip to Kylemore Abbey didnt allow us to get in until almost 8. The host was absolutely marvelous and super accommodating. She showed us to our room and let us get settled in. Although the bathroom's shower stall was small, it is to be expected as it was our own...

My friend and I stayed in Galway for two nights (the only town we stayed longer than one) and we were definitely squished. The room was super small, no where to put suitcases, and the bathroom could only be the smallest I have ever seen. You literally had to open the door to have enough space to change after a...

Had the worst time trying to find this place, even with the gps. Had to call to get better directions. When we finally made it , our Hostess was nice but not overly enthusiastic that we were there, even in the morning for breakfast. None of us got any "warm and fuzzy' feelings from her. We were put in a...

This was our favorite B&B in Ireland. It felt more like a boutique hotel. Bridie was an excellent hostess and great cook. Beds were very comfortable and towels were thick. Nice location within walking distance of Galway center city. Highly recommended.

After a rather tiring drive from Dublin (having just experienced a long flight from the US and 6-hour time difference -- to say nothing of white-knuckle) our party of four was welcomed most graciously and instantly made at home. We were provided excellent directions to key restaurants and pubs in town, which turned out to be a very short walk...

I was very happy to find a single room here on a busy Friday night in Galway. I thought it was a lovely house and that the breakfast was tasty. . The location between Salthill and town suited me well. Would stay here again.

Sorry to say that we failed to see the charm of this B&B. Somehow the magic welcome which the positive reviewers received was not for us. There was, in fact, just a mild feeling of being something to put up with. Good beds and a quiet room, yes. Space to put our suitcases and still walk around our beds -...
