Clean and well organized, this b&b gave us all we needed to enjoy the city: a nice bedroom with cleaned linen, good tea to brew when needed, a working and cleaned bathroom. Even the location, Salthill, was very good!

I dislike giving bad reviews but as a service to others, I feel obliged to inform people about this place. I asked for ground floor & I got an attic hovel. The carpet was freed & there was no bin in the room. The floors were slippery & dangerous. The shower was situated in a closet & you had to...

The White House is in a great location, close to Galway city and right on the Salthill Prom so you can take lovely walks or head into Salthill itself. Staff are warm and welcoming. The premises itself are in need of renovation. Hallway is clean and nice but the rooms could do with an upgrade - fairly grubby if I'm...

Clean rooms but very outdated. Curtains didn't close properly. Towels were well past their "sell by date" . Ensuite was very poor.....A "wet room" with a shower curtain which meant that the whole bathrooms floor was soaked immediately that the shower was turned on.....very dangerous when you are travelling with 2 kids. The shower head was broken and sprayed water...

My husband and I stayed here for one night with our little bub. Great location in salt hill, walking distance to Galway city centre. Views are breathtaking from the bedroom window. The rooms are a little outdated but clean and cosy for the price. We had the full Irish breakfast for 7.50 euro which was perfect could not fault it...

Comfortable clean rooms and friendly staff. Excellent location between Salthill and Galway. Good parking. Good breakfast included. Away from the hustle and bustle of Galway City but near enoough to avail of all facilities when needed. Good base for walks on prom in Salthill and for further exploration of Connemara.

The location is just 10 minute walk from the city centre and only a 2 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was not very good. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning. Take your shower before breakfast if staying here. It appears that the hot water tank is not...

A group of us - ten in total stayed here recently for one night on a stop over en route up north-AND we were lucky it was only the one night - our group consisted of both male and females ranging in ages from early 20's to 50's and I want to point out we were not on a hen...

Comfortable B&B in Salthill, Galway. The rooms are a bit old and chilly but clean and the beds comfy. Great view. Free wifi in room. Good full irish breakfast (not included in the room price) and free coffee and tea. The city centre is accessible by a nice 15 min walk by the sea front. The owners are kind and...

Great little place to stay for young travellers who want something cheap and comfortable. It has a great location in the middle of town and opposite the water. If you are not really fussed about having a basic room stay here.
