First time in Galway and this hotel could not have been in a better location! You are right in the heart of the city. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The rooms were on the smaller side, but how much time do you really spend in your hotel room on vacation? If you need complete silence to sleep...

I'm writing review on behalf of my mother and Aunt who stayed with you this week when visiting their sister who's a patient at the Galway Hospice. No 7 accommodated them last minute, free of charge due to my aunt, their sister, being a patient at the hospice. What an amazing thing to offer for families traveling. It was warmly...

The good: it's located right in the best area for shopping and bars and walking distance from the train station. There is also a very nice bar right across the streett. Breakfast was great; bagles, croissants, meats, cereals, cheese, juice, fruit, yogurt etc. Its also self- help and you can go to the kitchen throughout the day for tea and...

We travelled to Galway for a holiday for my husbands birthday. Number 7 Cross street was recommended by TripAdvisor and when I looked at the location it appeared ideal. I booked through TripAdvisor which was convenient and easy. Communication with the hotel was timely and friendly. We checked in and received a warm welcome. Our room was cosy clean and...

A well deserved and long awaited holiday started in Galway with a very disappointing experience here. Trekking through town with our luggage in tow after trying to find parking, we were greeted with the tiniest room we've ever seen: no place to put our luggage, no tea/coffee making facilities, not even space for a table. Great location was moot as...

Excellent place to stay. Exceptional location right in the centre of the city, everything within walking distance. Good comfortable clean rooms with a good breakfast and affordable parking. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

We had a night's stay recently and had a very good experience. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is super - so accessible to everyplace. It is a little tight on space but it is well priced , very clean and everything you need for a few nights if you don't need to spend time indoors. Breakfast was lovely....

Only possible negative aspect was the room was quite small but as its a boutique hotel i guess it shouldn't be a suprise. Paid €200 for two people for two nights and thought due to the location, decor, friendly staff, and with breakfast included that it was good value at €50pp per night. Door is locked after 10pm but there...

Stayed 1st October, to call it a hotel is a stretch really a guesthouse! No sleep all night so noisy and Windows may as well have been open as they are so old they didn't block out any street noise. Shower not that hot and didn't drain. Breakfast room freezing cold couldn't wait to get home feel totally disappointed !
