Enjoyable stay. Parking adjacent to hotel. € 10 per day. Clean spacious rooms. Rituals products in bathroom. Friendly staff. Only 5 minute walk to Shop Street. Breakfast could have had some more fresh fruits, but overall very nice. Elevator in hotel. Airconditioning in room.

We recently stayed at Harbour Hotel for 6 nights and it was absolutely perfect. We loved the location because it was a quick walk to lots of restaurants, shops and sight seeing venues. The rooms were lovely; immaculate, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast every morning and for a few dinners. Every meal was nicely presented, tasty and hot. I would have to say that the service in this hotel was simply outstanding. From the front desk staff to the waiters in the restaurant to the housekeeping staff everyone was gracious and welcoming. I would like to give a special shout out to the front desk. No matter what our questions were or what assistance we needed everything was taken care of with a smile and a thoughtful response.

This hotel is an absolute Gem. I love visiting Galway, but only recently discovered the Harbour Hotel. And I’m delighted I did. This hotel is a gem. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, but is far enough way not to have the constant traffic and noise outside your window. The harbour itself is beautiful and a lovely feature to have on your doorstep. It is sincerely hard to find fault with the hotel. There’s secure parking really close to lobby, staff were so friendly & accommodating, the bar is a warm and inviting space, the food – in particular breakfast – was fantastic. We stayed in a suite which was spectacular; beautifully decorated with an incredibly comfortable bed along with all the features you’d need; decent coffee, Mini Fridge, Dressing Gowns etc. The bathroom was stocked with Rituals toiletries. I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel – highly recommended.

We had a 5 night stay here, we stayed here last year and enjoyed our stay, so we returned for this visit. The room was clean, tidy, and roomy, with a good bathroom and shower. Room service is as required. The breakfast was very nice, all you can eat traditional breakfast, cereals, and continental too. There is a great bar area, with sports showing, we had an evening meal as well, which was very nice. All the staff were very friendly, and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of the city, a short walk to Spanish Arch, the bars, restaurants, Cathedral, and Salthill. We will be back soon, and I'd recommend The Harbour Hotel to anyone visiting Galway.

Stayed last weekend as part of a hen party group.Hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable and lady on reception was very pleasant. We ate in Dillisk on the Docks that evening for our 2 course meal however and while there was nothing wrong with our food, the service left a lot to be desired. Our sitting was at 7pm but service was extremely slow.Everyone had to eat their main courses with no vegetables. The sides of veg came to the tables approx 15 minutes after everyone had finished their main course. One girls main course was completely forgotten about despite numerous reminders. She finally got her dinner at 20.45,however everyone else in the party had long since finished their meal.

Dear Meadhbh, Thank you for choosing to stay at the Harbour hotel and for taking the time to share your experience. I apologise that there were elements of your dining experience that was less than satisfactory and not up to the usually high standards of the Harbour hotel. I value all feedback as it allows me to constantly monitor and review our procedures and practices. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to the Harbour hotel in the near future .
