Stayed here for work purposes. The food, service and bedroom was great. They give you a selection of different pillow types i.e. feather, foam etc which makes getting to sleep a lot easier. I would recommend The Menlo Park to both business & leisure visitors. The only thing missing was a gym but no harm to take a break from that too!

Great hospitality and amazing staffs. Location’s perfect especially if it’s your first visit to Galway, room was spacious and kept clean. The restaurant served really delicious meals , with a wide range of dishes to pick out from .

We had a most enjoyable stay . The room was cosy , spotless with a very comfortable bed . All of the Staff are most professional, pleasant and very helpful. Service was excellent. Appetising food with a good variety.

staff where friendly and helpfull,my room was very noisy at 6.30am on both mornings,asked reception if my room was over kitchens,said no and didnt move me,so not great food in hotel was expensive for tupe ,breakfast was very nice and loads of choices also a nice touch newspaper were available at reception

Hospitality at its finest !. So relaxing to switch off in a well-managed, well-maintained hotel The rooms recently refurbished are of an exceptional high standard with all the mod cons . Breakfast and dinner cannot be equalled for service, ambience or cosiness. Plenty of choice available ( especially for GF guests) , and good value for money Special Mention To Caroline ,Accommodation Manager and GM Elaine for a wonderful peaceful stay . Looking forward to my next stay in Menlo park

We were booked in for 2 nights, I will have to say that the food was amazing, the breakfast (self service) was also second to none. However the service was appalling, the bar man was totally overworked, the waiting staff in the bistro were not trained or it appeared that way, the wait for the food was totally too long, we waited so long for the starters I asked after half an hour had they forgotten us, speaking to other diners they were of the same option, people waiting to be seated were left waiting at the podium without being acknowledged. I spoke to the duty manager later and I expected the next day for him to approach us with some form of explanation, that did not happen, very disappointed overall as we saved so hard for that weekend and were left disappointed.

Had a great stay at Menlo Park Hotel. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were super comfortable, clean and quiet. The location was a 25 min walk from the city center. Would highly recommend.

Bukeway's vison realised in the real world, transcended through concierge & staff who were courteous, engaging , friendly helpful & understanding a place of refuge , creatively spacious , with sound proofed corridor's , 1960's undertones in colour limited, until married to modern technology & space. & only a 10 euro Taxi drive from the city center , economically money well spent , Get's a full 6/6 for Excellence

Everything was very good but my wife and I forgot to report that there seems to be a leak or damp at the left side of the window in the room ( 129) , the bottom of the curtain is 'dark/mouldy and the floor looks to be the same. This may need attention?

This is a comfortable and clean hotel. The room was loveiy and hygienic. We ate in the bar in the evening and the food was excellent. There was a wonderful array of choice for breakfast. The hotel is in a great location and is only about 3 min taxi from the city. No leisure centre or gym in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
