Nice hotel, right in the center of Galway, in Art Deco style. We booked breakfast included. After a week's stay we can really recommend any type of breakfast, whether it's a full Irish breakfast or the mini Irish breakfast, even the vegetarian and vegan options are delicious. But you are not tied to the menu, personal preferences are just as well fulfilled. The room, facilities and cleanliness were as expected. And the staff is really nice and accommodating.

Great little room, and awesome breakfast service for those visiting (especially with vegan options)! We could get to everything from this location. We were early for check in, and they happily took our bags back while we went exploring. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in the Victoria Hotel. It has a brilliant location just off Eyre Square Galway. Lots of lovely hot water for a great relaxing bath mucg needed after a long walk on the wild Atlantic way.

Me and my friend stayed here last week and we couldn’t have been more happy with the service. Every single staff member were so helpful with any questions we had to ask. The hotel room was just beautiful and my friend had a brownie with happy birthday written on it for when we arrived and she loved every bit of it just as much as I did. We would like to thank ye all for accommodating us and for all ten friendly staff that we spoke with during our trip. Would highly recommend this hotel 🥰

lovely hotel with literally the best staff and nice bar with smoking area. in walking distance to all of galway with loads of shops and bars but view from room window wasnt great but overall would definitely recommend 😁

I was a little disappointed with the room. It had a condensation problem in the large window to the point it dripped and had grown mould. Both on the frame and the carpet. It wasn’t an uncomfortable stay, it’s a good location especially for the train and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately things were not helped by the major construction work happening on a large building site opposite which started early in the morning, obviously not the hotels fault but definitely detrimental to the stay.

An amazing few days in Galway, the Victoria Hotel is just beautiful Hotel and full of charm that has been clearly maintained by the owner, some modern upgrades such as bathrooms but again the finest marble tiles used. Not only the hotel but the staff are absolutely amazing so well mannered particularly Patrick who couldn’t do enough for us. Thank You

Every Hotel depends on Systems for best performance. But it is the Individuals within the systems that ultimately decide the fate of any enterprise. Ask the owners of the Titanic for example! In this regard the Victoria Hotel on Queen Street Galway is blessed with the two most outstanding Receptionists I have ever encountered in my Hotel experiences from. A to Z worldwide. CAORA is a model of Patience, Friendship, and general Nice Person aura, while Patrick has the same qualities along with Stand Up Comedy ! I could not fault the hotel in any way on my first visit . I hope these two very fine and invaluable people are appreciated by Management. They cannot be replaced , if they are lost.

Staff were so nice and helpful and the bar is beautiful. Food was delicious. Room was OK, shower wasn't too great to be honest. And the elevator was questionable at times and it sometimes felt safer taking the stairs instead.
