Easy check in, comfortable room with good amenities. Dinner in the hotel was lovely, something for all tastes on the menu. The restaurant team were all lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was also lovely, great selection. Hotel was quiet and got a good night's sleep. Excellent location right beside the train and bus station. Would stay again.

very pleasant reception staff made feel very welcome. Ideal location for the city. Rooms quite small and could do with updating. Good bar menu and breakfast. Loads of staff on hand. Bed very comfy. No air con and was very warm but traffic outside so no open windows at night.

I stayed in the eyre square hotel for 2 nights with friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful especially with the food options as my friend is coeliac. Location is ideal as it's right in the main eyre square. Have stayed there once before and will look to stay there again next time...

This hotel was exactly what I thought it would be for the price. Great location, good restaurant in the hotel, staff was very friendly. Room was great, could have been a little cleaner but great for the price. Can't beat the location.

Staff were extremely nice & helpful. The hotel rooms are a bit old fashioned but that's the building style as well. It seems to be a younger crowd in the hotel - people going out for the night so a bit loud at times but that was what we were there for also. They lock the doors after a certain...

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a couple of minor issues; The bar/restaurant staff made an error and charged someone’s meal to my room, it was a simple case of mistaken room number. Whilst I entirely accept that this can happen and I have probably done it before myself. I was not happy when on check out I...

Loved our stay here. Excellent service and the staff were kind and helped us during our first trip in Galway. Great for the price and the location is close to everything in the city including great restaurants and the coach station for coach day tours.
