Thanks Michelle. We really had a nice stay. The place is wonderful... We had a very warm welcome. Every morning we were welcomed with one of the best Irish breakfast in Ireland, receiving the best recommendations. We will never forget this place. Thanks! Mar, Hector, Begoña and Javier

I booked this for 4 nights for my Mum and I. Michelle was incredibly welcoming and the breakfasts were wonderful. She makes her own soda bread every morning and scones which were markedly better than the ones we had at high tea at Ashford Castle. As if that wasn't enough she also makes her own jam to go with them.... More

My wife & I spent 5 nights here and would happily do so again. Michelle made us feel almost like family and we had a relaxed active stay. The B&B is well located with the Connemara sights Westport and Croagh Patrick in easy driving distance as well as the loughs Corrib, etc. And the surprising (to us) delights of Cong... More

Larry and Michelle are perfect hosts and put you at ease immediately. A wonderful base to stay and explore the area. You won't leave hungry after Michelle's amazing breakfast!! Highly recommended and you won't find a better guide on the Loch than with Larry.

Genuinely the best B&B I have ever stayed in. Michelle and Larry offer superb hospitality and from the moment you arrive, you are instantly at ease and the relaxation starts. They are happy to advise you on places to visit and to eat out and provide a very high standard of accommodation (and breakfast). A great base from which to... More

We stayed with Michelle and Larry on Friday last 4th of Sept, Michelle met us as we got out of our car with a big smile and we knew right away nothing would be a problem. It's a pleasure to stay somewhere that the owners obviously enjoy and take pride in. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, had all facilities... More

We landed on Michelle late with a group of 5 and without booking after a very long day of driving. We were mmediately wisked into her beautiful, tastefully decorated home, shown to spacious yet cozy rooms and then a pot of tea was delivered. The room was very clean and the shower was roomy!!!! After a short chat, we discovered... More

We had a great staying in this B&B. We had a family room which was very big and clean. Michelle was fantastic giving us advice on the trip and the area. Breakfast was gorgeus and she made all she could to make us feel like home. We would recommend it no doubt as base to visit the area.

One of the very few places in Ireland that we found without getting lost. Lovely home, large room, hot showers and comfy bed. The house is very quiet as we didn't hear any other guests at all. Breakfast was plentiful and service was great from Michelle and her sister Anne. Great location to explore Cong area and excellent local knowledge... More
