We had an amazing 3 night stay at the Corrib house a few weeks ago. The rooms are cute and full of character as well as clean and with a nice view. The best part however is the breakfast in the morning. Their food was amazing along with thier lattes/coffee drinks. I loved their pancakes and french toast as well... More

Very large room in a wonderfully atmospheric setting. The accommodation is brilliantly located and away from noisier parts of the city. The food and service is fantastic and the staff couldn't be more welcoming or accommodating. A real gem.

Beautiful, warm and welcoming accommodation in Galway city. Staff are so helpful. Well within walking distance of the entire town. Quiet and clean. Breakfast is fabulous, fresh fruit, delicious granola, croissants and scones, and then a great choice of options from the breakfast menu. Delicious proper coffee options too. Really enjoyed staying here, would highly recommend this place and would... More

We stayed in the Salmon Weir room at Corrib House while on our honeymoon. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a claw foot tub (loved this) and a separate shower. Our room also had a beautiful view of the river/weir. There is free parking on the street in the evening, but during the... More

The #1 most comfortable bed on Ireland! I stayed in the Salmon Weir room and it was simply lovely. Outside the window is the Corrib River complete with swans floating by. Inside a big tub and separate shower, beautiful decor and tea. If you are looking for a real traditional b & b with supreme comfort, wonderful breakfast and friendly... More

Husband and I stayed in the Riverside Suite for one night of our honeymoon and it could not have been more perfect. The suite was absolutely beautiful: 2 stories, spacious, and very tastefully decorated. No amenities were overlooked, from the espresso machine and assortment of teas to hairdryer. It was rainy and cold outside on the day that we checked... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night of our honeymoon, and we did not want to leave! We stayed in the Corrib View room and it was perfect. The location was excellent; within easy walking distance to everything you'd want to see in Galway! The breakfast was the best I had in Ireland. We already cannot wait to... More

The Georgian guest house is in a fantastic location to explore Galway, yet despite being in the town centre is in a tranquil riverside location. We were welcomed by a lovely lady called Yvonne who showed Irish hospitality at its best. The rooms were beautiful with nothing lacking and the breakfast was amazing. Free parking on the street outside was... More

Beautiful view on the Corrib River watching the salmon fishermen. You feel as if you were in the country, but you are right in the city and only 3 blocks from the pedestrian center of Galway. The staff of the inn are fantastic. They know and practice superb service. The breakfasts are top notch, and you get to choose from... More
