Get receipt of late check out and stick it on the front of your bed room door so house keeper etc don't just barge in. Don't stay on first floor as you hear the music from hallway and the front doorbell even after few drinks.

You really can't beat the location or the price, absolutely fantastic. Sorry so long, but yes, we had a rental car as well. There was a parking garage about 2 blocks away near the water.
