This cute little hotel was my favorite place we stayed on our trip! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were a decent size and the bed was super comfortable. I had my best sleeps here. There is a pub connected to the hotel that was very convenient. We always ended our evenings in the pub listening to live music. The hotel does it's best to make sure the rooms are as quiet as possible but I did hear a few people complain that they could hear the music from the pub. We always stayed at the pub until the music ended so that was not a problem for us! The hotel is walking distance from the train and bus station so no car is needed. I would definatly stay her again.

We only stayed here for one night, but if we ever go back to Galway we will no doubt stay here again! Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. The attached pub/restaurant and breakfast included with our room were also top notch. Definitely recommend this place if you take the train in to Galway as it’s right near the station :)

Stayed in this hotel 27 feb 2023. Great hotel great location very close to bus and train station. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was big and great value.. only ting i would.nt rate was the resturant for dinner. im a vegetarian and they only had 2 options veggi burger and vegetarian fajitas. I had the fajitas they werent the nicest. They need more veggi options. But over all lovely stay lovely hotel

Early checkin was available/possible and we really liked this service. Room is confortable and the location is perfect to visit Galway. Staff is very friendly and helpul. We asked for help to put on the heater and they fixed it right away. Thanks a lot see you soon!

Staff was very accommodating. Room was very clean, large had everything I needed. Delicious breakfast. Pub food and service were outstanding ! Location was perfect. Took the train from Dublin easy walk to hotel. Close to all the sites to see in Galway! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Hotel, Great location and fantastic staff. The hotel has its own entrance into the skeffington arms. Nice food and drink served late. The room was quiet, modern and very clean. Lovely big shower and full size mirror. The staff go above and beyond. I asked for a recomendation for dinner and they made a list in order of prestige and offered to make the bookings. I checked in way too early and checked out late and i was just greeted by lovely competent staff enquiring about my stay.

A lovely hotel in a very central location. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Relatively quiet given the bar next door. What makes this hotel is the amazing staff though. Every single staff member we met was overwhelming lovely and you felt that they genuinely wanted your stay to be as amazing as possible. Will definitely be booking here again next time we’re in Galway

We had the best time in Galway, this hotel was one of the best we have stayed in.. A great location, excellent staff and the breakfast was amazing!.. we spent most of our time in the Skeffs bar and the drink and food was very reasonably priced, live music at the weekends to top it of! We came for my partners birthday for the weekend. The staff went out of their way to include a lovely bottle of bubbles in our room on arrival, chocolate in the pillow and a coffee machine in the room with a selection of pods! Will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing hotel! Perfect location for walking around the city and getting to know the town! Hotel receptionist was the nicest person I’ve ever met. So sorry that I can’t remember her name but she was absolutely lovely. Breakfast was great and such a good deal! Only reason i didn’t give it 5 stars was because it was an older building so you can hear everything going on. But they do provided earplugs for that problem as well so they really think of everything! Would absolutely stay again!
