Very disappointed with this hotel. We arrived all the way from Monaghan to the hotel & when we went to use child changing unit/toilet we were told there was none available. Went to swimming pool which was very cold, had to leave it as both us & child were freezing cold. Family changing room was poor also. Defiantly not value for money here folks. Never again.

Stayed with family over midterm. Very pleasant staff. Breakfast was delicious and children loved fresh pancakes. Pool and jacuzzi were lovely and clean. Pint of Guinness from bar was very good and so was food. Family room spacious and very clean. Thanks to all the staff.

Breakfast very limited unless having full Irish. Almost no vegetarian option. Didn’t eat dinner in hotel again due to lack of vegetarian options. Booked here at short notice so was glad to find a place and it did the job of providing a bed but little more than that.

Stayed for 2 nights in December. Lovely spacious and comfortable rooms. The rooms were very warm at night though even when windows were left open all day during very cold weather which made it hard to sleep but that’s down to personal preference I suppose. Bus stop outside which goes directly into city frequently. Food was great and staff very friendly

We stayed at this lovely hotel for three nights for a little Pre Christmas break with our two kids (aged 4 and 6 months). We had a lovely stay. The hotel itself is lovely and was absolutely spotless. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was super comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and was very tasty. We ate dinner in the bistro on two of the nights and the food was amazing! We also used the swimming pool which again was spotlessly clean as were the changing facilities. We would have liked if the pool and changing area was slightly warmer just for the kiddies but then again it was freezing cold weather outside too. Our room and the rest of the hotel was lovely and warm. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again.

Stayed for two nights in November 2022 for the Christmas markets. We were very happy with our stay. We got a great first impression of the hotel as we walked into the lobby, it is very well done. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We went for dinner and drinks in the hotel on the first night, we were very satisfied with the food and the cocktails were some of the nicest I've ever had. The hotel had plenty of parking outside. The facilities inside the hotel were excellent. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub and the gym was very well equipped. We'd definitely come back and stay here again next time we're in Galway.

Nice spacious room. Very clean and freshly smelling. The best fluffy pillows and so very comfortable bed that I almost missed my breakfast. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious and the team there was very friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies went an extra mile in understanding a need I was in and helped me solve it for me, hence making my stay more better than I thought. Thank you all and I am already thinking of my next stay there with my family soon.

We had a lovely stay at the Clybaun. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast and food in the restaurant were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The leisure centre was quite busy but had a lot of facilities. We will definitely stay again.
