Check in clashed with a wedding so it was a little crazy. Staff: Very nice overall. Bedroom: Bed was 100% - very comfortable! Couldn’t hear anything from adjoining rooms. We were in a fine big room with only four minor faults – 1. the a/c was not really cooling the room, we found it quiet warm. 2. The TV was... More

Love this hotel, have stayed here 3 times now and even got engaged here. The staff are excellent at what they do and the rooms and bars/communal areas are clean, relaxing and a treat for the eyes!! We have visited the Spa (Espa) on 2 occasions and the thermal suite is a must. Breakfast in the G is really delicious... More

This is not a 5 star hotel, I have stayed in better 3 star hotels. The place is dated and lights are kept very low to cover the faded walls and frankly dirty furniture. The superior room is small and worn around the edges. The bed while comfortable was not neatly made or nicely presented. There was no bottled water... More

Myself and my husband stayed here for one night. On checkin we were met with a friendly, helpful lady who notified us that we had been upgraded to a bigger room - such a pleasant surprise. The room was beautiful, bright, spacious and the view was stunning. The welcome cupcakes are a special touch. The breakfast here was one of... More

As I start all reviews, please take a look and see how many hotels I've reviewed, I'm not a jaded one time traveler. I travel often and feel I have a good base to write a good overall review. We were here 2 nights and were impressed. Its a very nice option in Galway. The hotel is completely over the... More

Visited this hotel on a work trip. Loved the quirky halls leading to my room and the view out of the window. The rooms were very nice, spacious and with modern decor. The restaurant and bar were fabulous with the only complaint being the bar closed earlier than expected. Love the location of this hotel. There was an easy walking... More

Stayed here at the end of October. It was an engagement gift so we had the luxury room. From the beginning to the end it has this wow factor. I loved the design of the entire hotel. Our room was amazing and apart from eating across the way at the huntsman we didn't leave it...very spacious and comfy. Loved the... More

Very chic and elegant hotel. The spa was sensational and the dinner at GiGi's restaurant was 5-star quality. We got a very reasonable rate for one-night stay&spa. Can't wait to return! We didn't avail, but afternoon tea looks very special too

Stayed in the G in October 2016. The hotel is situated in an industrial estate and facing out into a noisy road. Upon arrival you can park your car underground or pay for a valet. Check in was brisk and efficient. The first thing that struck me about the G was how poor the lighting was, the reception area was... More

Our tour group was booked here when the originally planned hotel overbooked. At first I wasn't sure what to make of it. The lobby and hallways are all painted black and have very little lighting, and the series of lounges are wildly decorated. However, once I got used to it, I really appreciated and enjoyed our stay. Huge, comfortable room... More
