We recently stayed as a group of 4 lads travelling down to Galway to watch and compete in a strong man comp. The room we had had two double beds and a single and to say that it was so spacious was an understatement it was great for us. The bedroom cleaned by Promise was exceptional even the OCD person with us was impressed. The breakfast was one of my highlights as there is so much to chose from and all the staff were so nice and attentive. We will defiantly stay again for any future comps or nights in Galway!!

Great hotel. Graham and Crystal in the bar was awesome! Clean, big rooms and good food! Would highly recommend. 😀 would return. Big hotel. Not in the center of everything but a good location. 😀

Food was very good in the bar, fast service lovely friendly atmosphere especially from Aaron who was very attentive to our table. Would definitely return to this hotel again. Would recommend the chicken as it was very nice and wholesome.

We had 40 in our group of teens and adults. The hotel was very nice. Rooms clean, nice size, bathrooms nice, and no complaints. My reason for 4 stars is that our group had families divided since our rooms only accommodated 2. The hotel was not helpful all on putting families near each other. Some children were in an opposite wing of the parents. The hotel was very busy and full. But, my recommendation would be for them to put groups together and try to match last names to rooms close to one another. Other than that...fantastic hotel. Nice breakfast ---

The dining area is absolutely stunning and certainly adds to the atmosphere of the meal Our waiter Aaron was an extraordinary waiter and ensured a delightful dining experience. I will definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

Had a lovely stay. The staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was super clean and well appointed. The pool was nice and warm, sauna was amazing. Our server Castille in the bar restaurant was awesome!

The Clayton Hotel in the outskirts of Galway is a lovely Hotel, good food and the bar service is exceptional. A special mention for Aaron, this young man was so professional, helpful, polite and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and we will go there again.

I went to the clayton for a family dinner on Friday. The food was good, if a bit expensive. I had a lovely conversation with Aaron and Hlib who made me feel very welcome. The decor is warm, the food is good, the staff are delightful and really my only criticism is that a dinner could have been cheaper in the city centre

I was in Galway for a meeting, and I decided to have dinner in this hotel. Rebecca served my table and Aaron made me a delicious cocktail at the bar, and I found both staff members to be very kind and professional. I thought that the food was fine, but the cocktails were lovely
