First off, the front desk lady was extremely friendly and helpful on our arrival. Nice to have an opening window in the room for some fresh air, shame it opened onto a massive extractor fan from the kitchen which ran all night and tatty dirty outside walls but hey ho, at least it was away from the street and facing...

I've visited Killarney multiple times, but have always stayed in a B&B. I thought I'd give this hotel in city center a try on this visit for a 2 night stay. PROS: - City Center, Convenient location - Free Parking (however, only attempt to park here if you have a VERY SMALL European rental and can flip in your rear...

I was unfortunatley sentenced to two nights here last month...a Friday and Saturday...it seems to become a training camp for stag and hen parties on those days. I got a room on the 3rd floor which was clean & comfortable...a spacious en-suite with a good shower. The view was great...of the room 6ft away...!! But forget about trying for a solid...

Stayed here from 1st June for 4 days. Original hotel had went bust and so very glad it did. Room was clean, meals were excellent, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Danny Mann bar was ideal and staff were all exceptional. Sited not far from shops. Will definitely be back.

Hotel was very good and cosy. Pub downstairs was very good with good food and beer. Live music. But it looked overcrowded,so it's better to book a table. Great. Best wishes to hotel. The only thing is that parking entrance is very narrow. Our passat hardly entered it. We have close side mirrors.

Place was clean and practical, not really like website indicates. Sauna and spa was out of service and you had to buzz reception at least three times to get access, sometimes she would acknowledge your call but continue talking to customers, i understand that there busy times but bit annoying. It was an average ok hotel. Staff was very pleasant...

Property is very central to city centre and within easy walking distance to the many pubs and restaurants in the vicinity. There is also a pub on site (Danny Mann's) which offers free nightly entertainment, darts, snooker and great tasting pub food - a great atmosphere indeed! The hotel room was found to be ample and spacious with all amenities...

Very basic hotel. You can't drink the water and the hotel doesn't give complimentary water. Breakfast wasn't pleasant as bus tours took over the whole dining room. The juice was fermented and off on 2 days. We were keen to leave. Great pub downstairs though called The Danny Mann. Nice food, reasonably priced and awesome entertainment.
