Myself and my partner have stayed in The Ashe several times this year and each time has been an absolute delight. Rooms are spacious and immaculate and it is rare to find an establishment with such friendly accommodating staff, Ivan the manager is a true star. The breakfast is the best we've ever had, such a variety, the omelettes are...

The hotel has been newly updated and feels very nice for the price. We had a issue with a leaking pipe the first night, but the issue was dealt with...

We have just stayed on Friday night and it was the first time for both of us I read the reviews before booking and they still didn't do the hotel justice From the greeting by Majella at reception to the wonderful bar and bar staff, and the personal interest and genuine thanks from Stephen, the General Manager all contributed to...

I cannot praise the staff in this hotel enough. I have travelled a lot for work, holidays, etc. But I don't think I have ever encountered such wonderful service. From the door in, the welcome was warm. The place is spotless and the food was excellent - particularly the breakfast omelette. The location is really central
