The B&B is located near city center, rooms were clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. The host was very friendly and helpful. Me and my friends, we felt really welcome there. The food was also great. I definitely would recommend it.

This was our first stop on our 5 town Ireland Journey. This place is on a nice tree lined block, walking distance to town.It is well manicured and has parking (very tight). The Innkeepers couldn't be nicer, they live in the Inn with their children, who take care of the place. Breakfast was very good made by the Inn keeper....

Heartily welcome, great advice where to dine and drink in town. Town center reachable by foot (5 min). Plenty of nourishing Irish breakfast with a sportful introduction into hurling and hints what to visit next on our way south

We stayed at the Park Villa B&B for 1 night in early August. It is a guesthouse- style B&B, by which I mean it stands alone (not a connected townhouse) and has two floors, with bedrooms on the second floor. Park Villa is a very pretty B&B right off a main road, and easier to find than the other 6...

We stayed for two nights at Park Villa in July. We found Vicky and Patrick very friendly and helpful...had great conversations about politics and education etc etc. Breakfasts were good. Room was clean and comfortable. The walk downtown was a comfortable 15 minutes. We would have preferred to book directly with the hosts (for questions etc) though...and the six o'clock...

The owner, Vicky, is very friendly, and she gave us very useful hints for the visit of the city. And although we arrived without having booked, she had a place for us and welcomed us very warmly. the B&B is at a very reasonable walking distance from the city center. Very good Irish breakfast.

I just got back from a tour of Ireland and during my time in Kilkenny I stayed at Park Villa B&B. The rooms were very nice, very clean, and everything was kept up with like a hotel. But the hosts were what made the stay great. They weren’t invasive and didn’t mind my friend and I coming and going. And...

Wow, the park villa was awesome. It was a bit out of town but it made for a nice walk. The owners were special people who were always happy to talk with us. Breakfast was great and we loved the place. The room was large and pleasantly decorated. We loved it so much, perhaps the owners will come and stay...

“We had the room on the street side. It had some road noise, and the sink in the bedroom was a little weird. Also the mirror on the other side of the room , is really misplaced.”
