The owner is really nice, polite, friendly and helpful, it's clear that he loves to have tourists in his house! Big and clean room. The irish breakfast was really good and probably was one of the best of our holiday. It's near the city centre and it's a good value for money.

Terrance was incredibly hospitable. He knows the area entirely and can help you plan your days and wants to help. He was a huge asset in making our trip as good as it was. The food is also great. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and dinner 2 of the 3 nights. The rooms aren't super big or fancy, but everything...

Terence, our genial host, made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We enjoyed the location, as it allowed us a 15 minute safe and pleasant walk to and from the centre of Kilkenny at the start and end of each day. Beds were comfortable, lots of hot water and the breakfast tasty. Highly recommended for those who don't...

My girlfriend and I stayed with Terence in the Killarney B&B over the weekend. We were made feel very welcome on our arrival and we swiftly checked into our nice room (Number 6). The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was tasty and we were made to feel at home during our stay. The wifi did not work in our room...

a fairly standard B&B with a friendly host. location is ok but not great, everything is within walking distance but it could be a bit of a walk. breakfast was good with a dining room facing the garden (with strawberries and tomatoes growing in it).

The gentleman owner was very friendly, but the room was extremely cold and uncomfortable. The beds were hard and everything seemed really worn out. Breakfast was poor quality with the Irish breakfast undercooked. We timed our walk back from town and the 5-6 min walk as we were told was really a 20 min walk even at a fast pace.

The B&B was clean and friendly. It was a little farther out of town than we expected. We felt like we didn't get our value for the $. We stayed at some nicer hotel/B&B around the country for less. Maybe Saturday night in Kilkenny is an expensive option.

The owner is cheerful and helpful, the place very quiet and the room very nice. Only that you have to walk 7 min to centre town, but I would repeat.

Terence, the owner of this B&B, is what makes this place! When I walked in the door he took one look at me (and the big pack on my back) and said, "that looks heavy- why don't you go drop that off in your room before we start?" - such a small thing, but very appreciated. And it only got...

I stayed with Terence as i was shooting a wedding in Kilkenny. Terence is a delightful man who can't do enough to help you. You feel as if you are staying in a home rather than a B & B, very welcoming and i would definitely stay there again. Lovely breakfast too :-) Jayne King
