The hotel was tired, but we slept well. Staff lovely. Location appalling, too far from town. Not a nice area. I worried was my car safe, they did provide underground parking but it was shut when we returned from dinner. I wouldn't stay here again.

We had a great stay...can't really fault much, all the staff were lovely and looked after us very well. On our first night we had dinner which was surprisingly nice: soup followed by curry was all tasty even the soup which was bacon and turnip which sounded weird but the waiter was kind enough to let us taste a bit...

Stayed here a couple of times when playing golf in Limerick Golf Club. The hotel is fine, clean, comfortable, nothing special but fine. There are some "characters" around the area though that make you glad they have a secured underground car park. I had a hard time explaining to my wife who is not Irish why there was two young...

Booked this hotel after reading all the reviews (good and bad) and decided to have an open mind. Ok, I was on business so location was fine (near the Motorway) and there is a secure underground car park. Check in was fine. there was no explanation however about the facilities or directions to same. Room was decent, good size, large...

The hotel is great, helpful staff, rooms and restaurants fairly good, clean and modern. My only negative point would be extremely thin walls. My next door neighbours were talking till late night and there was no way I could not hear it. As a business hotel recommended, but for a pleasure trip I would book something more central in Limerick.

Having a bouncer walking around staring at people is totally unnecessary. A bus load of German tourists came to the hotel and the bar staff we're so rude to them it was unbelievable. An elderly lady with no English was trying to ask a question at the reception desk and the 2 girls behind the counter couldn't have been more...

This hotel seems to be geared toward business meetings and the like. It was open, clean and had a nice restaurant and bar. The staff was really good. There is a decent gym. The rooms are clean and very sufficient in size. There is nothing to see or do for the tourist within walking distance. Also, the hotel is in...

I traveled to this venue after my wife booked the hotel. We arrived to find a lovely clean and well appointed room. But two single bed joined to make a double was not acceptable. Complained the following morning to be told they would sort it out and it was not. Bar food was below average and serviced by a guy...
