Myself and husband stayed here in 26th March accompanied by two friends. The hotel and staff are fabulous however, when having a shower I slipped on the shower mat in the bath and fell. I had a number of bruises to my legs. I would recommend getting rid of these mats altogether. I did report the matter at the time...

Stayed for a night in April with a friend. Lovely room on the 10th floor with a great view. I know from experience it's a good view either side. Spa and it's facilities are nice, also with a good view. Nice clean rooms. Everything went well. All staff were friendly, especially Declan on the front desk. Good location, very close...

Had a 3 night stay here, hotel was busy on the Friday and Saturday evenings but you didn't really notice as the service was never compromised, great value set 3 course evening meal which totally surprised us as most busy commercial hotels like this usually offer very average food, all in all a wonderful weekend spent here, I'm amazed how...

Tall 17floor busy family oriented hotel. Friendly staff all round, car parking discount in car park one minute away. Was upgraded to executive room which had everything inc a very large comfortable bed. Price was reasonable , breakfast was tasty but dinner was just ok, the Ravioli dish was nothing like what was listed . Chef got it all wrong...

There with a sport squad. Often hotels struggle to cope with these, but not this one- really well organised even when several groups present. Staff incredibly friendly, especially Mary Clare, one of the managers, who dealt with us. Location ideal for seeing the city centre and the riverside. This is a big hotel with 15 floors, with great views from...

Easily the worst meal out I have had in 8 years living in Limerick. We booked the Clayton for my girlfriends graduation on the 15th of March, a table of 8, about 3 weeks in advance. We agreed on a menu and also mentioned that there was a vegan joining us. When we arrived we discovered that we were being...

fantastic Bar area and also a great view of the river from the room. Rooms are quite large with great WiFi connection. the food was OK although portions were not very big for the price which is quite expensive for a hotel. would definitely stay a 3rd time.

View of The Shannon from room 404 was beautiful. No entertainment on Saturday night , is this normal ????. Drinks were overpriced, 2.90 for a mixer ( 7up), we...

We stayed 2 days, the hotel is right on the water. Parking is available near by. We walked to some great bars and restaurants. Very close to King Johns Castle. Rooms were clean, bar was great and the people that worked there were very kind and helpful. The breakfast and pastries were amazing!

A two night stay. Lovely sized rooms. Ours had a view of the river and the town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered a good choice and I probably ate too much! We used the swimming pool, sauna and steam room - compact but adequate.
