By no means in the middle of town but not too far out of it either. Michael was very welcoming and the perfect host. Had the jug on and the biscuits out soon after our arrival. The location is walking distance from shops and good eateries and/or pub. Lovely breakfast to start the day. And of special note, no stairs... More

Stayed here last night with my husband and some friends. We were treated to coffee on arrival and the owner spent a lot of time showing us where to visit and eat in the local area. The house itself was very comfortable. We had a big double room ensuite and it was really comfortable. Our breakfast this morning was the... More

The room smelled fatal (like it hadn't been ventilated in several days), the bed linen and towels smelled in a similar way than room. Don't go there but in an emergency!

I found that the ensuite bathroom lacked ventilation and smelled dank and musty. The floor tiles had curled up with the heat! I would never stay there again. The breakfast was good and proximity to UL was excellent

My friend and I stayed in this B&B while on work placement in Limerick. While we found the owner to be friendly the room left a lot to be desired. The beamed cork ceiling appeard to have a lot of water stains and would lead you to believe that the roof was leaking. The en-suite was very shabby with a... More

Stayed at the Annville B&B with my boyfriend and it was fantastic. The owners are extremelly friendly and helpful, giving us any advice on where we wanted to go. The breakfast was one of the best we had and served in an idyllic setting with cork beamed ceilings and a wonderful ambience, situated on a quiet country road just off... More
