Our family organized our 40th Wedding Anniversary and vow renewal event at the Absolute. It was Absolutely brilliant! The function room with adjacent bar area was perfect! It provided an excellent flow between the activities within the function room (dining tables of 11 seats each, dance floor and band area and big-screen for our slide show. All of our guests...

I had the most wonderful Christmas here. The hotel was very inviting and my room was the best I've ever had in a hotel. The food was great but the best this hotel has to offer is its staff. I can not say good enough of them,

We have stayed here a few times before and hotel still excellent. We were upgraded and this was appreciated. Food is top class. Only wished we lived nearer as we would visit for food alone. Staff at reception friendly especially the fellow sorry don't have his name. Met him before and he is excellent.

The bathroom in the room had a frosted glass door which offered basically no privacy and could not be opened or closed quietly so going in...

Thanks for some lovely feedback on the team but I’m disappointed to see you felt the accomodation let you down. The frosted glass door does generate differing views but the hinges should not ideally be noisy. We can address that. Point taken on the extra blanket. They did not have any to hand and so gave what they thought was...

Stayed in the Absolute last night, had a beautiful suite overlooking the Abbey river and panoramic views of the city. We had a gorgeous meal in the restaurant and the staff were all warm and friendly. Would highly recommend booking this hotel and upgrading to one of the spacious and sophisticated suites. Will stay again!!
