My family and I stayed here for a surprise 70th birthday for our mother last weekend and had a fantastic weekend. From the moment I made the booking to arriving in the mariner the staff couldnt have done enough for me. There was 11 adults and 3 children in our group and we all had dinner booked on the sat night in the restaurant. Martin (f&b manager) really helped in pulling off the surprise after my mother arrived and they even sent a beautiful card and chocolate strawberries to my parents room which was a lovely touch indeed. The location of the hotel was withing walking distance to restaurants and bars. The food was fantastic with big portions and breakfast menu had lots to choose from. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay..Ashling, Sadbh, Ruth, Martin and anyone else.. It is a beautiful hotel and I will definitely be returning!!

We stayed here on our Wild Atlantic Way tour and we loved this little hotel. Up to date m odern, clean as a whistle, comfortable and warm room. Very friendly and helpful staff too! Very good breakfast options served in The Curious Fish Restaurant! Just around the corner from the Main street, convenient to everything. Would strongly recommend.

We cannot praise this hotel enough ! An amazing location within walking distance of all the attractions of the town . The rooms are of a very high standard with everything one might need in them , extremely comfortable and very quiet even though the hotel is in the town. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner from a great menu with lots of local produce and a cooked to order breakfast. The staff are incredibly friendly and we are counting the days to our return stay. Its a must on anyone's itinerary if planning a visit to Westport town and the numerous interesting attractions and breath taking scenery!

Rooms are fine but very noisy. The food is quite awful, having had breakfast and lunch here I would recommend it. Asked for eggs over easy got hard cooked eggs, the fish and chips were far from the catch of the day. The place lacked any chary and felt very artificial. Would not stay here again.
