This B&B is over rated, over priced, and does not deserve a 5 star rating. We traveled far and were really looking forward to staying here but we left very disappointed. Positives: 1. Strong Wifi connection 2. Nice garden Negatives: 1. Greeted by wrong name even though we rang twice and texted in advance to confirm. 2. Small bathroom with...

Thank you for so taking the time to leave feedback. I really appreciate it as all feedback helps me improve. I do apologise for misremembering your name - as my children, and grandchildren will testify, this is something that is unfortunately increasing over time. My home is a country house and the focus has always been on the room rather...

What a wonderful, beautiful place! The place was peaceful, and Olive and her staff were lovely. We were served a beautiful evening meal and a plethora of choices for breakfast. Although a little hard to find, it was worth it. We got lost, and that was part of the charm of the area. All we asked for help along the...

We loved every moment of our visit to the Glasha Farmhouse!! Olive greeted us on arrival and showed us to our lovely room!! We walked down to the little local pub before dinner which was great fun talking to the owner. Our dinner was one of the best we had in Ireland and breakfast was amazing with scrambled eggs with...

Our room was luxurious with a view of the farmland and cows across the road. No roosters to wake you in the morning. The breakfast was excellent with many choices -served with fresh flowers for the table. The service was personal and caring and we felt like a part of the family. The house is a little hard to find,...

What a wonderful review to read. I was so happy to know that you truly enjoyed your first visit to Glasha. As you mentioned about our cows - yes we are situated in the country surrounded with green fields and lovely views of the mountains.

This wonderful farmhouse B&B is owned and operated by Olive O'Gorman, who is an award winning B&B operator and a woman of presence, personality and warmth. Meeting Olive and staying at Glasha was one of the highlights of our 6 weeks in Ireland. She and her staff prepare large and very tasty breakfasts and dinners. The sunroom and living room...

Me and my two friends walked the Irish Coast to Coast this summer. In our third week of walking we were planning on sleeping in our tent yet again when we saw the signs for Glasha. We decided we deserved a break from our tent, so we asked if there was a room available. There was, but only one room...

Thank you for your lovely review of Glasha. I remember you all so well upon arriving that evening - all three of you and I having only one kingsize bed available. So glad you have such great memories of Glasha and hopefully you might call to see us again sometime in the future. Best wishes to you all.

We are extremely happy that our driver, Martin Murphy, knows about these gems in the countryside. Olive is a welcoming hostess. Rooms were spacious, very clean, and a quaint country pub just a short walk away operated by James, the 7th generation to operate the pub. No place in the States could we have found such a place. Great hilly country...

This is a stop you must plan to include on a visit to Southern Ireland! You MUST do this. Olive, the proprietor, is a gem. She greeted us with hugs when we got off our small bus. We spent our last night of our Irish 10 day tour in a very beautiful working farmhouse , Glasha Farmhouse B&B, owned and beautifully run by a very lovely lady, Olive O'Gorman.
