After driving 4 hours from Bantry in West Cork, this B&B was the perfect place to stop over night. The service and the breakfast was perfect for the day ahead. I would highly recommend Clifford House to anyone doing the Pembroke to Rosslare or visa versa trip.

Lovely house, lovely location and a lovely landlady. Honestly, can't fault it, Margaret is a gem and really makes you feel at home. I was a bit late arriving in the evening and was greeted with a cup of tea and home made cookies - after a long day working that was really appreciated. The house and grounds are exceptionally...

I first stayed here 4 years ago and have continued to stay here before catching the ferry. Consistently excellent. The other night was cold but the warmt of the welcome and of the room more than made up for the chill outside. Following a long drive I just needed to sleep. Crisp fresh quality sheets on an amazingly comfortable bed....

Beautiful house in a beautiful location on top of the cliffs looking towards the sunrise from the breakfast room. Just a short walk north along the cliff top pathway and you can view the workings of the ferry terminal, or south into undeveloped ruggedness. Everything about this B&B made our one night stay special. The welcoming hosts, the decor, the...

The house is very nice with character and an interesting history which I read about in useful B&B booklet provided. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Excellent Breakfast. We had an early start to get the nearby ferry and the breakfast set us up for the day. The porridge was made really well, the Irish breakfast was made of...
