The welcome at Scotia House is so warm & friendly. Everywhere is so clean and attractive. My Bedroom was lovely with extras to make the stay comfortable. The breakfasts were fantastic with a good variety of fresh fruit and cooked or continental. Nothing was too much for Marie. She is extremely knowledgable about where to go in the area and...

The cleanest b&b, lovely breakfast choices, fresh fruit, yoghurt and full english! Warm welcome from all the family. Rooms with all you could need including biscuits and a jar of sweets, bottled water and a choice if teas. The beds were the most comfortable ever with toppers and feather pillows. Thank you both xx

I normally avoid small hotels because they are usually horrible but here everything exceeded my expectations by a big margin. Run by a great lady with a great personality this place deserves to be on everyones to do list if you ever considered staying in Harrogate over night. 5 out of 5. You won't be disappointed.

Great location, lovely room and delicious breakfast. My wife and I found Room 2 absolutely perfect, spotless and very relaxing. Parking permits are another good touch to help ease your stay. We are already looking forward to making a return visit.

My teenage grandson and I have just spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel. It was spotlessly clean, pleasing décor and personal touches that you might not expect to find in such a small establishment. Toiletries, face cloths, bath robes, bowl of fudge, biscuits, chocolate, large selection of different teas and coffees, hairdryer, alarm clock, wifi etc. It is very...
