Had a really nice meal from an excellent menu, the portion sizes for the main meals were a little small and the vegetables served separately would have been a small portion for one person but a tiny portion between the two of us, we really should have asked for more!

Had a 2 night break. Loved it. Ate in the restaurant the first night and both food and service was excellent. Breakfast served by a man with fantastic customer service skills. Great location to explore Harrogate. Would recommend and will be back.

You would be hard to please if you could find fault with this little Gem. From the moment we arrived until we left staff were helpful and attentive. The two course dinner we enjoyed last night was fabulous. We were in Room 5 overlooking the entrance. Beautiful room with a walk in wardrobe! The breakfast this morning was fab too....

Stayed here 22 March very friendly staff who offered a very warm welcome. Room was large quirky and spotlessly clean. Ate in the restuarant food was amazing and good live music. Breakfast like the evening meal was excellent with a good choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Harrogate.

Lovely period hotel, rooms unusually shaped but quaint, plenty of room, bed comfortable, wooden floors echo other residents footsteps. The walls and cubbyholes are decorated with curios, period pictures and Jazz references, making for pleasant and interesting surroundings. Breakfast was general, full or continental, staff and service good and polite, nothing outstanding. Definitely a hotel to try we will be...

We stayed for 3 days. The first in the main hotel, there was live jazz that was extremely loud in the room and tv reception poor, we asked to move the next day and this was done without fuss and very graciously. The breakfast was lovely and fresh and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Very friendly staff.
