Lovey B&B in a quiet area of Harrogate, very nice welcome and friendly hosts. The breakfast was great and homemade bread fab! I stayed in a single room, but it was spacious and bed was very comfortable, nice hot shower and spotlessly clean.

Stayed for an overnight visit to Harrogate. It's a beautiful building right next to the town. Very helpful and courteous owners. Very clean and excellent attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Would definitely go again when I'm in the area.

Good position and within a 10 minute, flat walk to the city centre including rail and train stations. Spotlessly clean and is a delightful older property with quality refurbishment and modern facilities. Breakfasts are truly superb and delightful - indeed have won local awards for the last 7 years. The owners do their utmost to ensure you feel welcome, at...

This is a quality, upmarket B&B in a good location just North of the centre of Harrogate. Not stuffy, but well done and classy enough to match the style of the town. Room was nice, clean and big enough with a good bathroom and great power shower. Water pressure was low as room was on the top floor but apart...

I recently stayed at Baytree House to attend a reunion. I had not been back to Harrogate for 50 years. I found the house very easily as its location was about a 10 minute walk from the railway station. Overall I can only say that I was very happy with my stay. The owners Amanda and Simon were the perfect...

Baytree House is a sensationally good B&B. The entire House is beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. There's a real classic feel throughout the House, yet the place feels modern and fresh with it. The breakfasts we enjoyed were really tasty and there was a good choice (I would recommend the Eggs Benedict!). The owner was also wonderfully friendly and very...

Excellent - will definitely come again - already recommended it to our friends. Amanda was very welcoming and informative about where to eat in the evening. Breakfast menu -many choices and beautifully presented as well as being good to eat. The only drawback was that because we booked late we were on the top floor which meant climbing quite a...
