Stayed here to go to the exhibition centre next door. Good room, clean, tidy, coffee and tea, quiet, able to book in at 10:00am. Great hotel to stay in right in the centre of Harrogate. Didn't eat there in the evening, nipped out to a bistro in Harrogate, within walking distance. Breakfast was buffet selection, plenty to eat, good variety...

Had a lovely welcome on reception on arrival, lovely clean and quiet room on the 11th Floor - Great!! Breakfast was also good, buffet style fresh. But that bed!!! I slept better there than I do at home. - I want one!! Few mins walk into town where you will find some lovely little bars, restaurants and shops. Definitely 101%...

Stayed for two nights over a weekend. Just a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. Room was an "executive room" on ninth floor - well furnished and in very good condition. Very big bed, with a selection of pillows. Only downside to the room was the shower - this seemed to be either boiling hot or freezing cold....

I paid £95 a night plus £10 breakfast and £7 for the carpark £112 per night so had high expectations. We went down to dinner ordered the pitta they arrived the waiter wheeled them around the bar for 5 minutes by the time he figured out who's they were they were cold. Overcooked and clearly frozen pizzas at £13.95 each...

Thank you for your review and please accept my apologies for the poor stay you experienced. You will have noticed that our restaurant is undergoing refurbishments and the Team and I have on one occasion been caught out in our temporary facilities by higher than expected volumes of diners. With regards to your bedroom, please may I request that you...

Stayed here many times, always been impressed. This time, from booking to leaving, loads of issues – except the car park, drove in, parked immediately. Always like the hotel because of its central position and undercover car park. Booked a couple of months before as wanted 2 rooms for 3 adults for the first Fri in Dec, visiting the christmas...

Many thanks for your feedback and for your patience whilst we are undergoing our transition in refurbishments. I will admit that at times the Team and I have been caught short with our temporary arrangements but have already push measures in place to ensure these shortfalls are rectified. I am sorry about your experience from check in to check out....

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for my wife's birthday. The receptionist was very helpful and the room was comfortable and modern. Parking was convenient underneath the hotel and the town centre was a short walk away. A very nice stay. Thank you.

Had requested an early checkin due to playing at Harrogate christmas market. Unfortunately informed it wasn't possible when we arrived due to hotel being busy the night before. The room we had was on the 10th floor and newly refurbished, was impressed with the room but lacked double glazing. Breakfast was good but lacked a pancake machine available in other...

Arrived at the hotel and went straight into the car park underneath, this was very convenient. We walked around to reception and checked in, we went up to the room on the 4th floor and were very impressed by the room. The hotel is ideally placed being a 10 mins walk into the centre. Would we return? Without a doubt.

Lovely room , quite noisy due to service vent. Not much sleep. Queuing for breakfast not acceptable at these prices. Staff have no idea . I have stayed at other Holiday Inns which are far better. Unable to recommend.

I used to stay here many years ago. The rooms are currently being renovated so there is some noise during the day. The room that I was in has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard. With Harrogate being popular for conferences the need to be competitive is high and the hotel did not disappoint. The breakfast was excellent and...
