This was our second visit to this hotel and it didn't disappoint. We stayed for just one night and we eat in the hotel restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast. We paid £16 for a room upgrade which we requested when we booked. They don't tell you that you have been successful with the upgrade until you arrive. We...

Hotel is very convenient for shopping, cinema, restaurants etc and overlooks an open green. We stayed in a Superior room that was very calming and had a large bathroom with roll top bath and walk in rain shower. Ate at trestaurant and there was a broad but not extensive choice. All food cooked perfectly with good recommendation by the Sommelier....

This very evening, after a long drive and needing a relaxing drink, my wife and I found ourselves in the darkish but warm and well attended bar of this place... we'd been before and sat down on two suptuous tub chairs at the top of the stairs leading down to what used to be the snooker table, and were duly...

Superb location, fantastic reception staff, and room was good (if not very hot and it was December). Breakfast was outstanding and definitely worth having. Will definitely stay again mainly due to the central location with plenty of shops and bars around it.

This hotel is full of character as you would expect in Harrogate. It's very central to all facilities that the town has to offer. The rooms are extremely comfortable and are a good size. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was extremely good and the choice of food available was better than most hotels. We will definitely...

Fortunate to get amazing upgrade to honeymoon suite on top floor, exposed beams, with 2 adjacent freestanding baths and rain showers! Plus the biggest bed ever! Breakfast is cooked and served yo order, and was delicious. Hotel ideal position a couple of mins walk from Betty's and shops. Just be aware of limited parking and £10 per night charge

We stayed here last Friday for 1 night in a loft suite . This is a boutique hotel centrally located with excellent access to many bars and restaurants on foot. We have stayed before but not for several years. Given this room is priced at the top end of Harrogate hotel prices we were a bit disappointed in terms of...

Arrived early for our room as couldn't check in until 3, and staff were helpful and friendly advising us about parking rates ( hotel parking was £10) when we got to our room we had a basement room which we had our own key for and was told it would be quiet as there was no function on that night....
