Stayed 3 nights at this hotel for my Mums 60th birthday. The bar are is spacious and nicely decorated with a good selection of drinks. We had dinner 1 night in the restaurant and the food was divine. The sharing platter starter is a must. The rooms were well sized, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and pleasant during the...

I had high hopes for the Innkeepers Lodge after reading some reviews but unfortunately it will be a stay remembered for all the wrong reasons. On arrival we had to wait a few minutes while the staff served people at the bar (which was also the reception desk), but fair enough if that's how it works it's up to them...

Check in from 3pm was efficient and quick at the bar of the 'Pine Martin' public house. Payment taken on arrival. Meal and out of hours arrangements explained by cheerful staff. Room was clean and furnishings fashionable. Our room overlooked the courtyard type garden which was pleasant enough being used as outdoor area for diners and customers of the 'Pine...

We stayed here for three nights, we arrived later than planned but that was not a problem. The hotel is also a very busy pub and restaurant so always a lot going on, the checking in is done behind the bar. Our room had a nice view of a courtyard and ponds, it was small but well laid out. The...

Stayed one night while visiting Harrogate. A little way out from town but easy to find by road. Reception through the bar was easy, effective and welcoming. Room (10 of 12) was ready, clean and tidy. It was also quite spacious at the top of the building. The only negatives were a rather uncomfortable bed on which you could feel...

Only stayed one night and will definitely stay more nights next time. Stunning building and gardens, great internal decor with classy bar area. Rooms are a good size with nice bathrooms and our room overlooked the fountain and pond. Restaurant is excellent with a small but good menu. Least but not last friendly and helpful staff

Excellent hotel situated on outskirts of Harrogate, good free parking. Right from the outset I have to say that the review is down to 'Jimmy' the assistant manager. He is a natural with people, he is pleasant, professional, efficient and all round good egg. He is a credit to The Innkeepers brand and if they have any sense they will...
