We've stayed here as a small, young family a few times over the last few years as a stop off point. It's been absolutely perfect each time. The staff are very attentive, free parking available and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Looking forward to returning this summer.

I booked in advance and then changed my booking online. The staff did their very best to accommodate my changes and any queries were dealt with straight away and very well. This hotel is very comfortable and very well placed to visit the city centre but close enough out for a business traveller. I chose a room on the front...

I booked a party into this hotel and we had 8 'superior' and 'superking' rooms in total - all of my group were happy with the hotel and its facilities. Rooms were comfortable and of a fair size with good beds even if the two easy chairs in our room had once seen better days. The hotel is made up...

Quirky comfortable hotel. Friendly staff, short walking distance to town centre, with parking. Excellent breakfast. Nice size family room on ground floor, very quiet. Will certainly stay here again when going racing at Cheltenham.

Lovely, quirky three bedded attic room perfect for myself and my two daughters. Great location, friendly staff and a really good breakfast. We were staying to do the Race for Life and explore Gloucester - perfect location for all we wanted to do!

Very friendly staff and nice bedrooms. Lovely freshly cooked breakfasts. Easy to get lost as it seems to be too old houses put together. Comfortable beds. Quiet location considering its proximity to city centre

Just stayed in this hotel over Easter. The car park is tucked away behind the premises and is a safe away from the main road, plenty of spaces for everyone. The restaurant is nicely set up and the breakfast is lovely, and plenty of it. The staff were very kind and willing to help. The owners are friendly and more...

Very clean and comfortable hotel, only 10 minute walk from town centre. Their car park is at the back of the hotel and we were able to leave it there with no problem. Breakfast is included and plenty of choice, but service is obviously a lot slower on Saturday and Sunday mornings when the hotel is very busy.

Nice, clean, warm room at the back (room 10), parking, short walk into Gloucester, good breakfast and friendly staff. Themed decorations which made the hotel very interesting. Owner has lots of local knowledge to help decide what to do and where to eat, and thank you for the impromptu tour!
