Start off lovely. Car park was very full but managed to get a space. Check in was smooth with friendly staff. Room was lovely and clean. Good facilities. All communal areas spotlessly clean and bright. Breakfast was nice and although cooked breakfast was tastey and freshly made I was disappointed that it wasn't buffet style where you could go back...

After we had checked and had collected our things from the car we went in search of our room, the...

I stayed in this hotel for a week. The front part of the hotel is modern, the rest is in old hotel style with narrow corridors, fairly small rooms and steep stairs. And carpets everywhere. Finding your room can be a challenge, as they don't have signs showing the way. My room was small but with a good sized bathroom....

Lovely reception area, but I paused my awe until I had seen the room.I wasn't disappointed, the room was a good size. The shower could've been more powerful but it did the job.The bathroom had a peculiar smell but that could've been due to my partners previous visit to it, but it was spotless. The bed was perfect I had a wonderful...

This is one of the worst places I have visited for a business conference. The room was extremely hot and poorly ventilated. Initially I thought it would be good - pastries and hot drinks on arrival, water on tables etc. Cookies and drinks at break time but the lunch was the worst I had had for a long time in...

Thank you for taking the time to post this review regarding your Groupon voucher and booking with us. I am sorry that you felt I had no compassion as that was certainly not the case as I took the time to listen to your predicament and investigate the issue for you. As I explained in our conversation we had your...

-Cleanliness Daily usable items dusty and uncleaned, phone, desk etc. Bathroom disgusting, toilet dirty on arrival, dirty towels/mat and hair around sink. -Room Not maintained, grubby dirty marked walls and cracked sink. -Noise Fire doors everywhere with no soft close on so they slam loudly and are loudly heard in the room, especially in morning with people heading out. No...

Was at the hotel for two weeks while on a work training course. Hotel rooms were ok, could do with updating. Food was ok first week, a few of the main courses had to be sent back, but same menu second week so was a bit boring having same food again. One/two nights staying there would be ok but no...
