Nice welcome, clean quiet room, comfortable bed. We were given our room card holders to show at the leisure club, so that we could enjoy that for a couple of hours after we had checked out. Everybody was very friendly and anticipated our needs. My only negative would be that it was a little confusing checking into the free wifi,...

Thanks to all the staff who made us feel really welcome.......some hotels when faced with a coach party have placed us in separate rooms for eating and indeed made us feel like second class guests. Well done Marriot staff !

Went for an overnight spa break- not really how I would compare it to other places. Basic facilities, although treatments were great. Good very poor in restaurant in evening, pub with very noisy, blaring football games- not what we expected

Looking forward to visit you again someday. Really liked the stay, breakfast was amazing. The smiling lady called Naomi, served us very well. Hotel rooms were clean, ESPA products in the bathroom were great.

Good area, shops close by, visited at christmas & the lobby looked beautiful, great xmas tree, overall standard was a bit poor! the heating in the rooms is unbearable & i could not turn it down & you really need to sort out the dreadful lighting in the rooms!!! really comfy bed though.

I visit this hotel at least 4 times a year and am never disappointed. Nice friendly staff and good location. Easy to book on line and there are always very good offers on. I particularly like the new idea of putting in a bid to upgrade my room which I did for 10.00. This was great value for money.
