This Holiday Inn Express is ideally located close to the Railway Station and a short walk from most of the main 'attractions' of Swindon! The hotel check-in team on reception were warm and friendly. Special thanks to Brensley and Tracey from the Breakfast service who were really helpful and enthusiastic in providing excellent service - nothing was a problem and...

Me, my partner and our 2 young children stayed at this hotel for 2 nights last weekend. Overall we were very impressed - good town centre location, easy and smooth check in, friendly and attentive staff, good facilities and the hotel areas were kept well maintained. We were given a large corner family room with dual aspect windows which comprised...

We arrived with friends in the evening, tired and ready to just rest for the evening and settle in our rooms and get some sleep for a long day ahead. There were four of us (2 couples) and although not completely there fault at all, the guy at check-in could not find out booking. But giving credit where it is...

My wife stayed here on the weekend for a hen party. The hotel is very good value for money given that wifi and breakfast are included in the room rate. The hotel is easily accessed from the railway station (10 mins on foot) and close to the shops as well as the restaurants and bars that the hen party intended...

We had stayed here before and had no hesitation in booking again. The Hotel is right opposite the Station long stay car park and only a 10 minute walk from the outlet centre. The rooms are not massive but are clean, have good wifi, a nice bathroom and a good breakfast in the morning.

A group of ten of us (adults and children) booked this hotel as a second stop off after visiting London. We were pleasantly surprised at the hotel. Big car park , FREE parking . Lovely welcome from Simon the guy on reception who explained everything we needed to know about the rooms, breakfast etc. The room was small, but it...

Shower flooded (blocked drain), had low water pressure and the temperature was uncontrollable (turning the right knob made no difference), carpet had big brown stains, one pillow had what looked like bloodstains, one wall had a long slash cut. Room was very cramped as a family room. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Someone opened the door and partially entered the room...

The staff at the Holiday Inn express are very accomodating, keen to help and knowledgeable of local places to eat. This holiday in was great for a city centre stop over. Easy to find. The rooms are the same design as other Holiday Inns I have visited but slightly dated. Albeit clean. Breakfast mirrored what you will find within the...

I'll start with the good news. The staff here are incredibly friendly courteous and polite. The food on the menu is basic and what you would expect from a holiday Inn however you maybe lucky enough to have Steak on their weekly special in which case order as it's cooked perfectly and is a nice cut. The bad news is...

This is my second stay at this property. The location is excellent - walking distance from Swindon Train station and within easy reach of the Brunel Shopping Centre.
